J
OHN F. EARLY
received his Bachelor of Arts in 1968 and law degree from the University of Illinois in 1971.  He maintains a general practice with emphasis on educational law, strict liability, chancery and business litigation, business formation and operating problems, and residential, commercial and investment real estate.  John is a former Assistant State's Attorney in Kane County.  He served as a the Secretary-Treasurer, Vice President and President of the Kane County Bar Association (1997-2003).  He also served in the assembly and committees of the Illinois State Bar Association.  He is a member of the Kane County and the Illinois State Bar Associations.  He also includes among his clientele Elgin Community College.

STEPHEN D. TOUSEY received his Bachelor of Art 1968 from the University of Illinois and his and law degree from the John Marshall School of Law in 1980. Steve maintains a general practice with concentrations in social security disability claims, traffic and misdemeanor prosecution. He currently is the municipal prosecutor for the Village of West Dundee, the Village of Gilberts and the City of Elgin. Steve is a former Assistant State's Attorney for Kane County.

JOHN E. REGAN graduated from Northwestern University Technological Institute with a B.S.E.E. degree and from Loyola University School of Law with a J.D. degree.  He was admitted to practice in 1974 and is a partner with the firm.  Mr. Regan concentrates in commercial and residential development real estate law, including acquisitions and entitlements.  He also counsels governmental bodies with regard to general corporate matters, finance and tax matters, general bond matters and litigation.  Other areas of practice concentration include corporate and commercial law, estate planning, trust and probate practice.  He is a member of the Kane County Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Bar Association.  He is the Chair person of the Kane County Bar Association Commercial Real Estate Law Subcommittee.

MICHAEL A. WLODEK received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971 from Elmhurst College and law degree from Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1976.  Mike maintains a practice with emphasis on residential and commercial real estate transactions, business  and corporate transactional matters, corporate and small business formation and maintenance, wills, trusts and probate practice.  He served on the Kane County Bar Association Real Estate Committee.  He is a member of the Kane County Bar Association.

JENNIFER L. SELLERS is an associate with the firm. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Illinois in 2001 and received her law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2006, graduating cum laude. She maintains a general practice with an emphasis in litigation. She is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Bar.  She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association where she is appointed to the Young Lawyers Division Counsel. She is also a member of the Kane County Bar Association and currently serves on its Diversity Committee and New Lawyer's Division Committee.  She received the Kane County Bar Association's Outstanding New Lawyer Award in 2009.
