| The
roots of the present law firm date back to 1981, with the association of
John F. Early, Edgar K. Collison III, Stephen D. Tousey and John E. Regan.
The firm was known then as Early, Collison, Tousey & Regan. Thereafter,
Michael A. Wlodek, who had been in private practice for over fourteen years,
joined the firm in 1990 as a partner, and the firm was known as Early,
Collison, Tousey, Regan & Wlodek. In 1991 Robert J. Morrow, after
having served as State's Attorney for Kane County, joined the firm as a partner. The firm
the became known
as Early, Collison, Tousey, Regan, Wlodek & Morrow. In
2006, Mr. Collison and Mr. Morrow left and the firm became known as Early, Tousey,
Regan & Wlodek.

The
law firm today maintains offices located in Elgin,
Illinois, and continues to serve the legal
needs of clients in the Northern Illinois area, practicing in the counties
of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and DeKalb. The firm is a
dedicated full service law firm providing competent, fair and professional
legal services, in a prompt and courteous manner. Four of the four firm partners have served either in the Kane County State's Attorneys office or as municipal or school board attorneys for units of government in Kane County.
